We understand that life can be busy and full of the unexpected. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made with 24 – 48-hour notice depending on the length of your reservation. Not showing for an appointment and late cancels may be subject to a fee of up to 30% or $35 dollars whichever is higher and upon our discretion.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. The card is charged only in the event of a no-show or late cancellation and according to our policy.

Please arrive on time and plan for traffic, parking etc. Austin traffic is unpredictable and a sacrifice to live in this vibrant city.

If arriving 10 minutes late, appointment time may be shortened. Patients arriving 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a fee.

Treatments are by appointment only, require a consultation and a signed waiver(s).

For insurance purposes, children are not permitted in the treatment area. We love children but are unable to accommodate children during your visit to our clinic. Please make arrangements for childcare prior to your visit.

There are no refunds issued for services rendered, prepaid services/packages, opened products or missing packaging for products.

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones or other devices to vibrate upon arrival. Please inform your skin care professional should you need to make a phone call. Cell phone use may affect the length of your service.

Unfortunately, technology can break down unexpectedly. If our equipment needs to be serviced, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. As these mechanical issues are beyond our control, we cannot offer compensation for the rescheduled treatment.

Daily and Promo deals/vouchers are 1 per person and new patients only. All promotions have an expiration, depending on originating offer, either from us or a third party. We do not provide refunds, but are happy to offer credit or substitutions toward other services.

No-Show Policy

Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, Beau Visage Aesthetic Center reserves the right to charge a fee of $30.00 up to $75.00 for all missed appointments (no-shows) and appointments cancelled without a 24-hour notice.

*Depending on the service/ length of appointment, will determine cost of fee.

Avoid Fees Related to Covid 19 Precautions

*If you cancel or miss an appointment due to COVID 19. You must provide a Dated, Positive PCR COVID TEST as proof and quarantine for at least 14 days after, before proceeding with future appointments.

*If you are exposed to COVID 19 within the 24hr cancellation time frame, then proof of a Dated, Negative PCR COVID TEST is needed.


This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment. Multiple no-shows in any 12-month period may result in termination from our practice.
